Selling our car as private sellers is always a bit of struggle. It doesn’t matter if it’s a reliable workhorse or the weekend warrior.

Since more than 16 years cars are part of my everyday life, and since then I saw a lot of car sales and purchases.

In almost all of the cases the aesthetics plays a huge roll in selling the car.
Unfortunately in most of the cases it doesn’t matter in which condition the car is, if there are scratches, foggy headlights, or massive stains in the upholstery, then most of the potential buyers will see these for the first glance.

With cars the first impression is very important, so aesthetics are playing a key role in selling the car.

There are a few examples from my previous works in my shop, with sell prices and pricing for the detail.

A 2012 Audi A1, gloss black, lot of wash marks and circular scratches, the car looked basically grey in sunlight.

The starting price of a similar trim was 2.2 million Hungarian forints, after a 50k forint two step pain correction (back in the day pricing) the owner sold the car for 2.6 million Hungarian forints.

A 2005 BMW 1 series with a base engine got a 2 step correction and was sold instead of 1.1 million Hungarian forint, for 1.550 million forints.

To point out for a much harder case, we prepared also a 9 year old Lexus GS, what’s a hard to sell piece in the Hungarian market, because the German counterparts are more popular.

After the detail the customer advertised it for 9 million forints, what was the top pricing back then, and after more than one month he was able to sell it with a minimal negotiation.

Feel free to reach out if you want to sell your car to us, to have a better position and to be able to sell it for a higher price.

After a checkup I will help you to determinate the needed details, to bring the car to the best possible state for selling.

I won’t sell you any unnecessary services, just what’s needed to reach the best selling price possible.

We are also open for dealerships as well.
